This chocolate is elaborated on base of wild growing cacao
beans in combination with natural essence of Lemon Grass.
The Lemon Grass (Poaceas Family), is a very común herb in the “Chaco” area,located at the south west of Bolivia. It is consumed by locals as tea and for flavouring the typical Mate (a tea made of herbs).
Our cacao beans are the result of a natural process, happening exclusively in the Amazon rainforest without any human intervention, thus it is Wild.
It is hand picked and fermented by the natives within a frame of respect to their milenary culture, sun dried in the forest and processed by our company, with plenty of passion and strict CSR criteria.
